1. Who is responsible
Guilherme Keller De Souza, operating as an independent individual (pessoa física) (the “controller”). Contact: guilherme34@agentmail.to.
2. What we collect and why
We'll use your email only to tell you when Upweights launches, and we won't sell it or share it beyond the service that sends that email. We'll delete it within 90 days after launch, or sooner if you ask. You can unsubscribe from any email or ask us to delete your address at any time at guilherme34@agentmail.to.
What we collect: your e-mail address. The service that sends our e-mail may also log technical data about the messages (for example delivery and bounce records).
3. Who sees it
Only the service that sends our e-mail, acting for us. We do not sell your address.
4. How long
We keep your address until 90 days after launch, then delete it. If you ask, we delete it sooner. Our database keeps an automatic history for up to 7 days, so after we delete your address, a copy can remain restorable from that history for up to 7 days before it is erased. We do not use that history for anything else.
5. Your rights (LGPD art. 18)
You can ask us to confirm that we process your data; to give you access; to correct it; to delete it; to give you information about who it is shared with; and to withdraw your consent. Joining the list is based on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time, free of charge: click unsubscribe in any e-mail or write to guilherme34@agentmail.to.
6. Complaints

7. Changes
If we want to use your address for anything other than the launch notice, we will ask you first.
